Description

Garam Masala is intended to be fragrant as well as a flavourful spice. This unique spice blend is essentially added towards the end of the cooking process, so that it not only seasons the dish but also adds an aroma to it.

Usage It’s primarily used to make vegetarian foods that require gravy. Gujaratis and Marwaris use it to make lentils (dal) and to fill snacks like samosas, usal, patra, and farsan.
